On Saturday, April 24, 2010, the feast of St. Fidelis of Sigmaringen, His Eminence, Dario Cardinal Castrillón Hoyos, the former President emeritus of the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei, will be celebrating a Solemn Pontifical High Mass according to the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite in the Upper Church of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC at 1:00pm.
